I'll probably never change...

I know I vowed to be a better blogger, however, I've averaged less than one post per month and my last post was about two months ago and I have no excuses.  Except maybe that I'm just a lousy blogger...

This weekend Nichard and I, along with my three younger brothers went to my grandparents house in Idaho to help with some remodeling and cleanup.  It was a LOT of work, but we made good progress, and Nichard got to use lots of power tools.  Apparently, he had a deep yearning for power tools that I wasn't aware of, until he told me he wasn't feeling sufficiently manly without any and promptly bought an electric drill and a hacksaw.  Who knew power tools had such an effect on self-image?

I hadn't visited this set of grandparents for a few years, so grandma showed me her new chickens and very handsome rooster.

We were pretty tired by the time we left on Saturday night, but all in all, we had a good time.

It was probably nice to get out of Provo for a little while. I'll have to ask Eldon if he's gonna need some power tools for Christmas to feel more manly, too. ;)

I'm pretty random at posting, too. It's fun to see what's going on in your world, though, so keep posting!

I am glad you finally wrote. I do check to see what people are up to and then I remember I should do something with mine too.

I remember getting my drill a couple months after being married, I grew several additional chest hairs that day. There is a direct correlation between power tools and manhood.
