Stella is Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz for Halloween. She's not an exactly correct Dorothy, because Dorothy has a white top with blue and white checked apron and Stell has a blue and white checked dress with white apron. Stell's shoes are sparkly pink instead of sparkly red and she has a possum in her basket instead of a puppy. Other than that, identical! ;)
She has a few allergy safe treats in her basket and she passed them out to the neighbors.
