We have had a terrible time with Stella and eating, due in large part, I believe, to her food allergies. She is finally starting to eat some solids of her own will, which is a huge relief. She is tolerating dairy a little bit if it's sufficiently processed (the further away from the cow, the better), so she likes Cheetos and cheese puffs. I figure she gets that from her dad :) In fact, I had to buy Joe some Cheetos so he didn't eat all Stella's Gerber Lil' Puffs.
In other news, she has decided she likes to have barrettes in her hair and always says "amen" to prayers. She's a stubborn one, but we sure like her :)

That's a fun pic. She looks great with barrettes. Glad she is figuring out that its lots of fun to eat... especially cheetos.
Yea, you may be fighting a losing battle with Joe's gene working on her. I don't know what everyone was like when they were younger but Dallan and Paula were great eaters either :) She seemed to do good though when she had to :)

Oh, bummer. So stressful! My 16 mo. old niece Audrey has severe allergies to just about everything and it's so hard on my SIL to see her never eat anything. She's so nervous about sending her to nursery...Audrey wandered a little too much at my grandma's funeral last week and someone fed her cheese balls. She ended up needing the epi pen and in the ER :( I hope your little Stella grows out of it!
